How are items added and updated in the MARQUET procurement catalogue?

MARQUET can be stocked either with items from winning tenders organised by a contracting authority or by allowing selected suppliers to add their range of items.

  • additions are preceded by placing items in the “garage”, where the administrator can check that they are correctly categorized and include all the necessary elements for users to draw from when ordering goods
  • the schedule for filling and updating the catalogue can be set in accordance with the usage of the contracted quantity of items, or in accordance with a time key set by financial volume
  • calls for updating catalogue items and the updates themselves can be carried out automatically in accordance with the settings
  • previous tenders and their fulfilment are archived in order to monitor trends and the efficiency of fulfilment, and also so that it is possible to draw on item specifications for other tenders
B

The MARQUET catalogue can be set up to allow individual users:

  • to buy in selected categories for selected financial outlays in accordance with their position in the organisation
